Services that Matter
Psychiatric Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation by a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to assess the patient’s mental health condition, symptoms, and history.
Medication Management
Providers may prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications for patients with conditions like depression, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia.
Substance Abuse Treatment
Specialized treatment dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues, including addiction and recovery support. Medication Assisted Treatment may include (Suboxone, Vivitrol).
Telehealth Services
Remote mental health services through video or phone consultations for increased accessibility.
Meet our Team
Lisa Brown, PMHNP
I have 20 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Prior to becoming a NP, I practiced as a RN for 15 years in oncology and HIV. I have extensive experience working with people struggling with thought and mood disorders, anxiety, and substance use disorders. I pride myself on being a conservative prescriber and will work diligently to provide a holistic approach, integrating behavioral and medication options.
Alysha Cutts, PMHNP
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am dedicated to promoting mental well-being and offering holistic support to those facing mental health challenges. I entered nursing in 2013, initially working with the developmentally disabled and individuals with mental illness, leading me to specialize in psychiatry and substance abuse. My nursing experience spans various settings, including in-patient treatment, psychiatric home-based care, methadone clinics, detox, and rehab. Graduating with a Master’s in Nursing from Rivier University in 2021, I’ve been delivering evidence-based care in a private practice setting. My collaborative approach involves shared decision-making, empowering individuals on their mental health journey.
Flore Pierre, PMHNP
I’m a dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a strong educational background and extensive experience in diverse healthcare settings. I emphasize the connection between physical, spiritual health, and mental well-being, providing high-quality, personalized care for anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD. As a board-certified practitioner, I advocate for mental health awareness, aiming to reduce stigma and promote education in the community.

As a compassionate and experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve lasting mental wellness. I truly focus on fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, where I utilize a combination of evidence-based techniques and a holistic approach. I am passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their own recovery journey.
